Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We don’t do returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or deciding your cousin wants it instead.
If it left the Plug fresh and correct, it's yours.
✅ But If We Messed Up? We Got You.
If you received the wrong item or something that was damaged, we back you 100%.
Just email us at plug@weedplug.com with:
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- Your order number
- A quick note on what went wrong
If it’s legit? You’re covered by our 30-Day Plug Guarantee.
We’ll either resend it or give you a full refund—your call.
🕒 You’ve Got Time—but Don’t Sleep
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to hit us up if something went sideways.
After that, the trail's cold.
